The owners, Ted and Trevor, collectively have over 40 years of experience in the cattle feeding industry, allowing them to create the best beef on the market today. They have learned what it takes to create the best quality meat that is available on the market today. We also bought a meat locker in 2021 and are able to see the fruits of our labor in the processing room as our beef gets split into steaks, roasts, fajita meat, ground beef and much more.

Our beef is a great source of protein. It is also loaded with nutrients such as Iron, Zinc, B6 and B12 along with many other nutrients. It is so flavorful that you won't even believe that it is good for you while you eat it!
We raise our cattle in the middle of cattle country in the Great Plains. We are a small feeding operation in St. Paul, Nebraska. It is a great place to feed cattle as we have a wide variety of feed to raise our cattle.
As a general rule of thumb, 1 cubic foot of freezer space would hold 25-35# of meat. Therefor, the rough estimates for 1/4 beef (approximately 125-150#) would take 5 cubic feet of freezer space. Additionally, a half would take around 10 cubic feet of freezer space and a whole beef would take around 20 cubic feet of freezer space.
We raise our animals with quality in mind. We try to raise the highest quality animals, with their basic wellbeing in mind. We have learned through the years that if the animals' needs are met and they are raised in a healthy atmosphere, they will perform outstanding. This is how we drive our quality in the beef that we offer.
